The homestay program is a community-based tourism initiative that integrates the local population into the economic benefits of the project. 

Booking: Homestays can be arranged through the Wanchi-Dandi Ecotourism Village’s official channels or via tour packages

Accommodation: Local farmers were provided with modern houses that have five bedrooms, a kitchen, toilets, and a large living area, part of which they can rent to tourists. This offers a more authentic and immersive cultural experience compared to a traditional hotel stay.

Experience: Staying in a homestay allows visitors to interact with the local Oromo community, experience local cuisine, and gain insight into their daily lives and traditions.
